We left after three nights at the end of April with our tour group, asking the tour company to move us for the rest of our stay. They did. This didn't feel anything like a 4-star hotel, and I couldn't match our experience to some of the reviews here. The place didn't seem clean, some rooms weren't ready until late afternoon, and reception staff were offhand. When I found several dark hairs in my dinner, staff said they must have come from other guests losing hair at the buffet. No one came to take our drink order, the food was poor, and there wasn't a comfortable bar area. Music played throughout the hotel at 7am each morning. Reception said management policy was to wake us up. There were large groups of teenagers for the first two nights, and several guests were kept awake until the early hours. It seemed more set up for school trips than holidaymakers. Kusadasi is too far to walk to, so you'll need a dolmus or taxi. On the plus side, the new bed was comfortable and our room had a sea view. Surely there are better places, where staff take more pride in the hotel and customer service.

I've stayed twice since the new owners took over, and they've done a lot of refurbishing and updating. The location is excellent, and the staff are lovely and work hard to make your stay good. We got a warm welcome from the moment we arrived at the car park entrance through check-in. The bedroom was large, with a balcony. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style, with loads of choice, and you could sit inside or on the outdoor terrace. The pool area is great, with comfy sunbeds, umbrellas and a bar serving nice drinks and bar food. Pool towels are available with a towel card from reception. There's also a spa below the hotel, with good massage treatments. The hotel is in a great spot, with a dolmus stop right by it for Centrum, the town centre, marina and port. Ladies Beach and its promenade are less than a five-minute walk away, with shops, bars and restaurants. There are small and large supermarkets nearby too. I'm heading back soon. ☆☆☆☆☆♡♡♡♡♡

We came across this place by chance and had a wonderful, unforgettable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a sea view, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We did get a pleasant surprise: our room was beautifully decorated even though we hadn't asked for it. You'll need a car to get to the coast.

We spent 11 nights here without any problems. Whenever something did come up, the staff sorted it out right away. They're helpful and polite, and the rooms are clean. The hotel is beside the most popular beach, just 100m away. Dinner was tasty, and the menu changed every evening. The pool was cleaned each night, and there are no discos nearby, so nights were restful. I really liked my stay.

A fantastic place, spotlessly clean, with modern rooms. The pool is lovely, there's plenty of sunbeds, and the pool bar is nice too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll be back xx
