We stayed in room 107, which was spacious and had a lovely sea view. The staff were genuinely nice and happy to help with anything. The location is very central, just right. I just checked out and honestly can't fault the hotel. I'd stay again, absolutely.

The bed was lovely and comfortable, and the staff kept checking if we needed anything. They were helpful and sorted out any issues without fuss. The decor is dated, but sleeping there was perfect. It's only a short stroll to the centre. We had a great short trip and would return if doing another one like it.

The location is very good, but the breakfast was average and the stay had plenty of problems. They suggested we mention who the boss was to get better service. At check-in they asked for 50€ above the booking price. When I showed them the booking, they said they got 20% from booking and accepted that price, but without a receipt. Room 303 had a view of a building just 2 meters away. Its balcony door wouldn't lock, the landline and fridge didn't work, and the internet was slower than a snail. When I complained about the fridge, they first said it was meant to keep things cool, not fully cold. I pointed out it wasn't working at all, but nothing was done until I insisted again the next day. They offered to store my items in their fridge, but I wanted a working one in my room. That afternoon they suggested looking into it, but I couldn't wait any longer, so they moved us to room 304. There, the fridge and phone worked, but the internet was still very slow and the balcony door still wouldn't work. On the second night I gave them two ice packs to freeze. In the morning, the employee had left them on the office table. At departure I asked for a small cold bottle of water, and they charged me.

The location is very nice, and the service was pretty good. The guys were lovely. The rooms were below standard in some ways, but livable. We stayed two nights, and on the first night the neighbors were having loud sex, so we couldn't get to sleep until we pounded on their door. As someone put it, there's a lot of potential here, but very little investment or imagination.
