Mr. Demir was kind and helpful, and we were very pleased with our stay in his villa. It was clean when we arrived and can sleep up to eight people. There was even a sofa on the balcony, and the house had all the other necessities too. Thank you.

The pool was nice, and having three floors was a plus, but the house needed better upkeep and was missing basic things. There wasn’t even a place to attach the shower head. We couldn’t get into the house until 4 PM, and there was a constant foul smell from the bathroom. Air conditioning wasn’t available on every floor, so we slept with the windows open until morning, with flies and insects coming in. The sea is a bit far away. There’s a Şok supermarket nearby, but if you don’t buy something in time, it might be gone.

These rental villas work well for a week-long summer stay. The pool is nice when the sea gets choppy, and the beach is 1 km away, about a 15-minute walk.

The houses and pool are nice, and I have no other complaints. The one issue is a neighbor who talks very loudly at seven in the morning and keeps us awake. It’d be great if the complex could do something about it.

I ordered a large pool, and it arrived.
