Belmare Hotel

The outdoor pool was built, but after dinner there were napkins scattered around it. When we got there around 9am, we were the first guests at the pool and found a used baby diaper behind my lounge chair, so I can only assume the staff hadn't cleaned it. The indoor pool wasn't open because it hadn't been constructed yet. The room was small, with no regular glasses and only a little trash bin in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting every device, as the attached picture shows. On our first day, the whole hotel was without electricity all afternoon, and the water stopped for 3-4 hours. During our 7 day stay, we had no water in the room every day between 3-8 pm. The staff were under 18, and the manager is a true gypsy. None of the problems above had been fixed. The all inclusive package was a joke, with hostel level food: oily bread, unpeeled cucumbers, and cats around the lobby. The staff didn't know English at all. They call the beach 600m away, but that's the distance in a straight line. In reality it's 3200m, a 35 minute walk from the hostel. I give this miserable hotel 2 stars, even though it's rated 4*. Never ever ever come here. GARBAGE.

There’s no working Spa, and the so called restaurant can't seat the whole hotel. You wait awhile for food and then have to look for somewhere to sit. The rooms were dirty, some handles were broken, and the pool was dirty too. There was no safety guard for the water slide. More like a 1 star place with 3 falling. Nightmare, never ever again!

We were there in April, and the staff were the best part for me. They were so kind that I almost became friends with all of them. The food was good and the rooms were clean. There are three pools, one inside, one with slides, and one open area, plus a pool bar and so on. I’m sure the service gets super hot in summer. Best hotel in kusadasi. The shower switch was broken, the heater wasn't working properly, and the room didn't feel very clean. It was far from what I'd expect at a 4 star level.
