Gebze Kent Pansiyon

Baran abi is always smiling and gives excellent attention and care. The hotel is in central Gebze, so it’s easy to get where you need to go, and breakfast is good too, served until 10 am. I keep choosing this place whenever I visit Gebze.

The hotel itself is clean, very nice, and well located, but the way I was treated was terrible. I’d planned to host wedding guests there and was warmly welcomed at first. They said they’d contact me about six rooms, but nobody called on the promised day. The next day, another person called to say only four rooms were left. I told them I was worried because they were meant to call and clarify earlier. The man who introduced himself as Baran then started shouting. I think he said he was the hotel owner. Be careful when booking, and hopefully you won’t catch Mr. Baran in a bad mood. Sorry, Mr. Baran, but customers paying for a service shouldn’t be spoken to in that tone. If that’s how you talk to people, you won’t find customers.

I really liked this peaceful, spotless, high-quality hotel. The staff are understanding, and I recommend staying here.

It’s right in the middle of the city center, and the place is clean, quiet, and comfortable. You can stay here with peace of mind, it’s better than a lot of hotels. Mr. BARAN at the front desk was especially friendly and attentive. Thanks to him for taking such good care of us.
