I hadn’t been to Kusadasi before, and Ayhan had plenty of ideas about what to see, where to go and how to get there. He speaks several languages, which is handy for visitors. He, his wife, Husain and Irfan were all warm and accommodating, and made me feel at home. Hotel DIAS is right by the Dolmus stops and close to restaurants, gyms, mini markets, pharmacies and supermarkets. The room was clean and well organized, the bed was very comfortable, and the daily Turkish breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from. There’s also a swimming pool. I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and can definitely recommend the hotel. I’ll be back for sure. Teşekkürler!

I’ve just spent another three weeks at Dias, a year after my previous visit, and my earlier comments still stand. The owners and staff are wonderful. Come as a stranger and leave as a friend. It’s not a traditional five-star hotel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the beds, and the price includes a Turkish breakfast. Ayhan and Asli make you feel like family; Husseyin, Irfan and the other staff are good fun and ready to help. The pool is very small, though you can pay to use pools at other hotels. Wi-Fi is only available in the public areas, so buy a data SIM, and bring your own shower gel and shampoo. After a 19-night stay, I found Dias Hotel fantastic value and would return without hesitation.

The room had what we needed, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and really healthy. The manager was lovely, spoke several languages, shared some interesting stories and helped us with all our questions. He also offered us all the facilities he could. Thanks for everything!

Great value and a central location. There are several places to lounge after a day at the beach or out seeing the sights, plus a pool and a pool table. The managers are warm and kind, and the place feels like a proper family-run establishment. Breakfast is really tasty too.

The terrace and pool at the front are a nice spot to relax with a beer. It’s easy to get to the centre’s shops and restaurants, and the staff are always helpful. This family-run hotel has clean, tidy rooms and good food.
