Ercan, the hotel's à la carte chef, really stood out to me. He has a real passion for his work, takes great care of guests, and has a high level of personal culture. His appearance and manner were impressive too. He told us about the history of local Turkish alcohols, customs, and culture, and we learned a lot about Turkey from him. Thank you, Ercan, for such professional service and for sharing all that with us. The hotel itself is spacious, so people don't feel crowded and everyone can find a spot. It's close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, and Kuşadasi is about 10 minutes away by bus or taxi. The aquapark was a big hit with me, not just for the kids but for adults too. Food was excellent, with a huge selection, and the cooks and waiters were friendly. The hotel takes care with cleanliness and guest comfort, and I really appreciated that they look after the animals. People who care about animal welfare are good people, and that matters a lot to me. I heartily recommend it.

I came here for a family holiday with my son. We're vegetarian, and I emailed them as soon as we booked to let them know, but never got a reply. At the buffet, the only options for us were pasta and salads. When I brought it up, staff told me I should have mentioned it at check-in, as if it were some special request. For two days in a row, all we had was pasta and mashed potatoes. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive plan to vegans or vegetarians, you'd be left hungry.

I've been to kusadasi many times, but this hotel really stands out. From arrival, we were looked after so well. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and understand English very well. There's a great feel around the hotel, especially by the pool. The animation team made the holiday extra fun. Every member tried hard to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, and they were all lovely. We made great friends. The foam party in the afternoon and the white mirror party in the evening were the highlights, both were professionally run and so much fun for everyone. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant, room, beach, and pool are cleaned daily to a very high standard. The food is of a good

The beach and aqua parks made this a great holiday for families. Women's Beach is very close, with sand and almost no waves. The water stays shallow near shore, so it feels safe for kids. There are three aqua parks for different ages. The big one has strict rules, such as not allowing children under 120 cm on the adult slides. It may seem restrictive at first, but it's for safety. The lifeguards were attentive, especially with children, and clearly dedicated to their work. The views and location are fantastic, and room cleaning was careful and done every day. Food gets 3/5 from me. The meals were similar most days with only a few different dishes, though the lunchtime fast food was excellent. The mini bar was a letdown. It was filled only when we arrived, wasn't restocked daily, and had only non-alcoholic drinks. We had to get water from the lobby bar and carry it up ourselves each day. I'd never encountered that setup before, and it's a downside for me. I also want to thank Selin Oğul for arranging this wonderful holiday, and the lobby bar staff, Polat, Berkay, and Chef Kerim. Polat and then Berkay quickly learned what I liked to drink. When I got up and walked toward the bar, my drinks were often ready before I arrived. That warm service made the stay memorable. With the views, beach, location, and water parks, I had a great time. I especially recommend it for families with children. Better food variety and mini bar service would make it close to flawless. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
