I don't know where to start. This was the worst house I've stayed in. We were charged 300 lira upfront for electricity, water, and cleaning, yet the place wasn't clean when we arrived and we had to do it ourselves. There wasn't even soap or toilet paper, so bring everything you'll need or you'll have to buy it again. There were no tables or chairs either. When we asked, they borrowed things from neighbors for us. The cupboards and drawers were in terrible shape, the walls were damp, and the pots and pans were filthy. There were cockroaches all over the house, three or four in a single room, and they were crawling on the stove. There wasn't a mirror anywhere, and the bathroom had no ventilation. It was hot and damp, with the toilet and shower together. The three beds had heavy metal parts that dug into your back when sitting or lying down. Water was controlled manually with a heater, and even though electricity was charged, the upstairs room had no light. We had to wait five hours to get in, then they asked for an extra fee. Customer service was nonexistent. In the complex, two dogs attacked residents, including us. Pool chairs were broken, tiles inside the pool were cracked, and the water was covered in algae. I cut my hand in the pool and my friend cut his foot. There wasn't enough cutlery either, and you might have to cut a watermelon with a fruit knife. In my view, don't come here. The people running this place are practically a gang, and other customers had the same issues. Four families called the police on different days.
