We were shocked when we arrived. The first room was filthy, with urine all over the bathroom. They moved us and said they'd forgotten to clean it, but the second room had used toilet paper in the bathroom too. Its door was broken and wouldn't close, and the rooms and surroundings didn't feel suitable or safe for women. It felt like an apartment converted for one-night stays. We cancelled straight away and looked for somewhere else. The listing's claims about a pool and similar facilities are untrue. Please don't choose this place or waste your money.

The Lisa Hotel family made us feel at home. Our room was clean, the staff were warm and attentive, and the bed-and-breakfast service was good. We liked that the sea was within walking distance, and the prices seemed reasonable compared with many other hotels. We'll be back in two weeks.

The location is the strong point, just 2-3 minutes from Kadınlar Denizi beach. We did find parking, though it seems parking in general can be a problem. The rooms were in poor condition, and the bathroom really needs a shower cabin.

The price may be reasonable, but this place is a guesthouse presented as a hotel. It wasn't clean, and nobody showed us to our room. There were no towels, mirror, or TV, just a tiny closet without hangers. The bathroom was small and neglected, and nobody seemed to know what the other staff were doing. When we asked questions, people brushed us off with things like “he doesn't know” or “she's unaware.” I won't return. I'd rather pay another 2-3 thousand and stay somewhere better.
