Neopol Hotel Deluxe

It seems like a pleasant base near Kuşadası's center without being right in the middle of the bustle. Travelers who care most about a lovely sea view and friendly service may enjoy it, as long as they're okay with walking up and down hills. It may not suit someone expecting a perfectly smooth luxury stay. Check whether the elevator and housekeeping are currently available when booking.

A big thank you to Ms. Maia for being so kind and supportive. She helped make the stay especially memorable. We also appreciated how peaceful the location was while still being close to everything, and the breakfast had a nice range of delicious choices. The room was cozy, clean, and well equipped, and the whole hotel was spotless. Every staff member we met was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a great stay, and the hospitality went beyond what I expected.

Back for my second stay, and it was just as relaxing. The rooms are very clean, with good air conditioning and comfy beds, and the pool is lovely and clean, with a swim-up bar. The staff are very friendly. ayhan, the bar and restaurant manager, was really helpful, and adnan, the owner, is a pleasant, chatty lad.

The manager was rude and dismissive when I reported that my watch had been stolen from my room. I later learned another guest's watch had also gone missing. Management showed no concern, and the manager wouldn't listen, became verbally aggressive, and spoke to me disrespectfully. Random men kept coming into the hotel and sitting around, which made me feel unsafe from the start, and the staff were no help at all. The cleaner repeatedly came into my room without a reason and went through my belongings. They even took photos of used towels, though towels are meant to get dirty and be washed. The whole experience was awful, and the staff seemed sneaky and unprofessional. I got no support during my stay. I'd strongly advise people to avoid this hotel for their safety and peace of mind.
