The sea view from every room and the good location were the only positives for me. I had to change rooms after the first one lost power, and although I reported it in the morning, it still hadn't been fixed when we returned in the evening. The replacement room had no hot water and no tea or electric kettle. Nobody answers the phone in the lobby, and there's no way to get drinking water from the hotel, not even a bottle to buy. We had to go 50 m outside to get one. The WiFi kept failing. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The terrace is a lovely place to have morning coffee while looking over the marina, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff were lovely and helpful the whole time. Everything is right on your doorstep because the hotel is in such an excellent location. I'd definitely recommend staying here in Turkey 🇹🇷

Right on the beachfront, Palm Hotel has stunning views from the sun deck, where you can catch sunrise or sunset and watch the lively street below. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, from local restaurants and bars to Domino’s and Burger King. The pool is a great way to cool off, and with bar and food service by the loungers, you can stay put. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and came with fresh towels each day. Breakfast had lots of choices, and Fatima will cook eggs how you like them. Save room for Duydl's cakes, they're the best! The reception team made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Mutlu, my twin Namiye, my little sister and my little brother Khan were wonderful. They seemed to understand every language, helped with directions and local recommendations, and gave us outstanding service. I'll definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at Palm Hotel for such a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay.

The beach view and the convenient location near amenities made for a really enjoyable stay at Palm Hotel in Kusadasi. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and a good range of breakfast foods. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. Thanks to everyone, we had a great time! Kind regards Kylie & Bernie 🇮🇪

The staff were lovely, but the place could really use a thorough clean. There was sand in the shower, and residue had built up in the breakfast coffee machine. I didn't want to risk using it, so I went to a local coffee shop instead.
