The animation team were amazing, each trying to make the holiday more fun, and the staff were the friendliest and most helpful I've ever met on a vacation. People often say foreigners get more attention, but we were looked after even more. Mr. Kürşat, greeting guests at the restaurant entrance, was unbelievably cheerful. The food was plentiful and suited our taste. Our kids could use the children's pool and aqua park right next to us while I relaxed at the adult pool. That's a big advantage over places where you have to walk 200 meters to get to the slides. We booked a standard land view room, but there was space to give us a spacious room overlooking the pool and sea. They said, "You're coming from a long way, sir," which surprised us and made us very happy. Our room was ready when we arrived at 10:30, and we were greeted with a smile. We had hesitated because of the reviews, but felt the hotel was missing one star. The building is old, but it hasn't been left to decay. Areas needing repair have been fixed, and there are no unusable spaces. I've taken vacations every year, and this was the first time I saw staff so friendly and helpful. We had lots of fun, slept well, and ate well. We thank them all individually.

The beach is nearby, and the pool is clean with enough room for everyone. It's a good four-star hotel with very friendly staff. The food is good and varied, so everyone can find something they like.

I stayed here with my family before, and the missing lifeguards at the pools were one of the things that bothered me. Now I'm unsure about booking again this year. I've tried calling to ask a few questions, but nobody picks up.

Mr. Murat, the animator, made our stay a lot of fun. My family and I are grateful to him, and to the hotel for the service we received.

The meals, rooms, location, and especially the animation team made this a wonderful hotel. We were very happy and would gladly come back. The daytime activities and evening shows were so good. Murat hocanın friendly smile and attention stood out right away, and you can tell he loves his work. The dancing and acrobatics were great, and Murat and oskar were fantastic in the comedy show. The fire show was incredible too. Many thanks to isa sef and the team. You can bring your family here with peace of mind. The service and care were excellent.
