09 Royal Otel

Don't be caught out by the old reviews from a year ago. The owner has changed, and this place isn't a family hotel: Russian women entertain guests at the tables next door. The hotel itself was filthy. My single bed still had a coin under the pillow, and the duvet cover hadn't been changed since the previous guest. The other cover had dried human feces on it, as the photo shows. The bathroom sink was just as bad. The toilet tap wouldn't stop running, the shower head was broken and hanging down, and the balcony door had no handle. We went down to the sea while they were getting the room ready, without seeing it first. The curtains were closed when we entered. Once we discovered all this, they demanded payment for using the room and nearly beat us.

We had a really good week here and ran into no problems. The rooms were very clean, and the staff greeted us with smiles. We enjoyed the holiday a lot. Thanks to Mr. Mehmet Hüseyin for the service, and good luck to him.

The rooms felt spacious and orderly, and the hotel was clean. With the reasonable price, those were big reasons I was happy with my stay. I was also pleased with the service and staff, especially Ms. Özlem and Ms. Emine at reception.

We had a lovely time and were very pleased with this beautiful hotel. Go see it for yourself, I think you'll like it too. Thanks so much :)
