If you want a quiet getaway, this probably isn't the place. Music played in several spots at once until well after 11 each night, and one concert went on until 1:30 a.m. No one warned us it was happening or that the music would be so loud. The windows aren't soundproof, as other reviews have mentioned. Still, I enjoyed my stay and it came close to perfect. The rooms are amazing, the beach is lovely, and the grounds are well kept. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and clearly did their best. I ordered ice for the room twice. The first order at night never arrived. The next day I waited an hour, then went back to the front desk to say so. It came five minutes later.

This hotel seems geared towards wealthy Turkish guests or people arriving by boat for events. Prices felt extremely high, sometimes double what things cost in Kusadasi town centre. A margarita pizza was 700 YTL here compared with 350-400 YTL at most other restaurants. The minibar was worse, with the same items costing four times as much as in the shop across the street. I understand paying extra for convenience, but those prices felt insulting. We were here for four nights in May 2026, out of season, while the hotel was preparing for peak season. I’m British and was travelling with my partner to sell a property. The reception team gave us a five-star welcome, did their best with every request, and could look after our bags after checkout, which I hadn't been sure about. We had a room in the main hotel with two single beds pushed together as requested. It was clean and comfortable, with different pillow options, a balcony, working air conditioning and heating, blackout curtains, and a great shower with good pressure. Noise was the main room issue. We could hear people talking in the hallway as if they were in the room, and heard everything when the maid cleaned next door. Being out of season, the bar wasn't very noisy. With the balcony closed and AC on, it blocked out what little noise there was. I sleep late anyway, and the music stopped by midnight. We stayed Sunday to Thursday, not over a weekend. The pools were lovely to look at, but absolutely freezing. We couldn't stay in for more than five seconds. Some reviews said they were heated, but only the swim-up rooms are heated. I can imagine the pool area being beautiful in peak season once it warms up. The advertised private beach access and Starbucks weren't available out of season, which I didn't know until we arrived. We booked the spa for our last day, but it wasn't what I expected after visiting many spas, including hotel spas. There was a small changing room, a dark relaxation room, a sauna and a hammam. Without paying for a service, the hammam was just a marble slab with sinks and a shower, and you had to bring your own products. The steam room wasn't working, and there was no pool or hot tub. I changed into my bikini and was only given a towel, no robe, so I assume you have to bring one from your room. After seeing it was just the sauna and hammam, I skipped it and went back to the pool. That was disappointing. Breakfast was included, but it was the same traditional Turkish breakfast every day, with no buffet or short menu to choose from. It would have been nice for a day or two, but not four days in a row. We did grow to enjoy it, though, since the food was fresh and high quality. The restaurant view was stunning. The hotel room itself was excellent, but I’m unsure whether I'd stay here again. I plan to come back to Kusadasi, perhaps for a night or two, but not for a longer visit.

The swim-up room and hotel looked really nice to me, which is why I gave two stars. A few staff members did try their best to improve things, and I’m grateful to them. But the service was among the worst I’ve experienced in a hotel. Communication was hard because only a few employees and managers spoke English. With beer at €7 and “premium” vodka at €25, prices felt higher than in Monaco, and at that level I’d expect service to be as close to perfect as possible. Hospitality training is badly needed. Here are a couple of examples. I ordered quesadillas at the beach deck, then it started raining. A worker said they could bring them up to the restaurant, but five minutes later another staff member said they wouldn't, since the dish was only available at the beach deck, and cancelled the order. Four friends had eaten them in the restaurant the day before. After some discussion, I gave up and didn't order anything else. It had become too frustrating. At another meal, part of our group ordered starters and mains. The mains arrived before the starters, and some starters never came. Our side of the table got no food until everyone else had finished, then our pasta arrived cold. Those are just two examples of how hard the stay felt for guests.

The rooms were spacious and clean, as I expected, and had direct access to the ocean, which was really nice. But for a hotel we thought was five-star, the service left us extremely disappointed. Staff weren't very helpful and could be quite rude when we asked for something. At check-in there was a problem with our rooms. We were exhausted from travelling, yet instead of taking us to the rooms and sorting things out afterwards, they kept us waiting in the lobby for more than 45 minutes. The waiters also seemed annoyed whenever we asked for anything. Rooms facing the parking lot were extremely noisy because they face the highway. I'd only come back for the rooms and the ocean. Overall, I'd rate it 5/10 for a five-star hotel, and I was very disappointed.

Great bay views and comfortable rooms. This event hotel has a great vibe and is well located if you're looking to relax and decompress. Absolutely first class!
