I stayed here years ago and still remember how kind the staff were. I once woke up late for my flight, and they came to get me and helped find the quickest way to the airport. I missed the flight anyway, but they really did their best, and I'm grateful. The staff at Kusadasi airport are another story. The warm, friendly Turkish people here made me love Turkey and want to return after the pandemic. ❤❤❤ The hotel was good value, with a pleasant room, lovely views, and a great breakfast for me. The staff were always smiling and helpful. It's also close to just about anywhere you might want to go, in town or at the beach. In my humble opinion, it's a really great hotel.

The rooms were dirty, especially the bathrooms, which we ended up spraying with alcohol because we couldn't bring ourselves to use them otherwise. The hotel wasn't soundproof at all, so you could hear everything in the hall from your room and vice versa. A child was constantly running around and screaming, so it wasn't peaceful either. I don't understand how this place has three stars. It doesn't deserve even one. The owners were extremely impolite. On our first day, the woman threw our suitcases down. The man then called our guide and said we had been rude and swearing in Serbian, even though we'd only just arrived and hadn't had time to do either. Wi-Fi was slow when it worked, which wasn't often. The pool looked dirty and uncleaned, so I didn't go in. Breakfast was awful. There were 12 or 13 items, but I don't think they ever changed; for ten days I ate watermelon because it was the only thing that looked decent. Their milky coffee, the “latte,” might help if you have trouble going to the toilet, but don't even try it. A fridge costs 30€, and you need one to keep food because breakfast is so bad. The gym listed on TripAdvisor doesn't exist as far as I could tell. The only workout you'll get is climbing the hill the hotel sits on. They changed the bedsheets once, after five days, and that was also when we got another roll of toilet paper. There were three of us staying for ten days, with just two rolls. All in all, a terrible stay. Don't waste your time and money here; there are good hotels for that price in Kusadasi or somewhere else.

The breakfast was the same for all ten days: ham, egg, and cheese. We couldn't eat the ham, and even the cat just sniffed it and ran away. I hope this review saves someone from booking here, and that the hotel ends up with the zero stars it deserves. The rooms were filthy, especially the bathrooms; sheets and towels were dirty too. Staff were arrogant and unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi was poor or practically nonexistent. The terraces had no chairs or tables, which made them useless. On check-in, reception kept our passports and wouldn't let us take them to, for example, get money from Western Union or buy a Turkish SIM card. The cleaners, both men and women, would knock once and then barge into the room like a military force, without caring why we hadn't answered or waiting even a minute. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I stayed for ten days at this clean, very good hotel. The food was good and the swimming pool was very good too. It's well located near Ladies🙃 beach and a Migros market. There's a dolmuş near the hotel connecting you with downtown and the grand bazaar.

The location was decent, about a ten-minute walk to Ladies Beach, and there was a pool, though it was on a par with the rest of the place. The internet didn't work anywhere. I heard it sometimes worked for a few people in the lobby when it was empty. One staff member spoke English; I can't say much else about them, good or bad. During our ten-day stay, they changed the covers and gave us another toilet paper roll once. The hotel felt run-down and sad, so don't expect much. Our room was basic but not especially bad, especially since it had air conditioning. There were regular beds, though mine had what looked like a puke stain, plus a cabinet table with a wall mirror and another cabinet across the room. The bathroom was rough: half the ceiling was broken, and the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty in every room, though there was a sink, mirror, toilet, and shower with warm water. Breakfast was available, but most people gave up on it after a few days because it was always the same: bread, cheese, some strange meat salami, olives, watermelon, boiled eggs, jam, water, juice, coffee, and tea. You might want to buy something else to vary the meal. The biggest problem was the drunk tourists who seemed to be there all the time. People yelled in the halls in the middle of the night, so getting sleep was a struggle. My honest impression was that the place wasn't kept to normal standards because many guests behaved like animals.
