Clovers Thermal Resort & Spa

We had a lovely, trouble-free group stay, and the staff made a big difference. They were friendly, quick to help, and good at finding solutions. The coordination and attention a group needs were all there, and the overall service, organization, and hospitality went well beyond what we expected. Thanks to the whole By Clovers team for looking after us. We hope to come back. The hotel works well for meetings and events, though the meeting room starts to feel small with a bigger group. The separate pool areas can feel cramped when busy too. Expanding those spaces would make the facility even better. The quiet atmosphere and well-organized setup make it easy to recommend for both individual and group stays. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, the shared areas were well maintained, and the thermal areas felt very hygienic. The food was tasty and varied, with fast service. Parking was another big plus: spaces in front of each building made getting to our cars easy, especially as a group. We appreciated the family-friendly, alcohol-free setting, which felt peaceful and secure, and the children's play area. The staff were especially caring with the kids, almost motherly, which made us happy. Free tea in the lobby was available until midnight, a real convenience when other hotels limit coffee breaks. We could also order from the hotel menu outside meal times, at very reasonable prices.

The thermal pools and Turkish baths were lovely, and the soothing, refreshing water helped us relax and enjoy the spa. The hotel also had live music every night, keeping the holiday lively. Our rooms were much larger than expected, roomy, and spotless, with real care given to hygiene and comfort. The kitchen was another highlight, especially the delicious meals and wonderful desserts from the Head Chef. Every dish felt carefully prepared. As Bülent ile Geziyoruz Tourism, we had a wonderful stay at Clovers Thermal Hotel. The staff were warm and approachable, and everyone seemed focused on making guests comfortable. We felt at home thanks to the genuine hospitality of the owner, Yasin Bey, and managers Ramazan Bey and Derya Hanım. As the Bülent and Travel Tourism family, we were so pleased that this is the first place that comes to mind when we think of thermal hotels. Heartfelt thanks to the whole Clovers Thermal Hotel family for such a lovely holiday.

Soft drinks cost extra, and water is included with breakfast and meals but charged during tea time and other hours, though you can get it free from the dispenser. That was the only drawback. Otherwise, the hotel justifies its price with what it offers, and since it has only recently opened, there’s room to make improvements over time. The pools are large and pleasantly warm. Men and women have separate heated Turkish baths, while the heated pools are shared. The staff were friendly and dealt with requests right away, and parking was no problem. The hotel is close to the center of Yoncalı. Rooms and common areas were clean, and the food selection included red meat dishes. Buffet items were replenished promptly, from the appetizers and successful desserts to breakfast. At lunchtime there was tea, cake, and pastry, and dinner was also open buffet.

The music event was fantastic, and the young masseuse gave a wonderful massage that I’d recommend to anyone. I’m very happy with the thermal hotel and would choose it again. Staff in the winter garden and restaurant were attentive and friendly. Sabiha, whose name I heard when someone called her, was especially lovely, checking on every table with a smile. I also want to congratulate her for the care she showed older guests. Would I return? I’m even thinking of bringing friends and family next time. One problem was the booking. I called a marketing company to reserve, and when I asked if I’d reached the hotel reception, they falsely said yes and told me they handled reservations. I requested a jacuzzi room and agreed to the extra charge. I paid at the door, but when I arrived there was no jacuzzi room booked. They said on the phone they’d fix it, but they didn’t, and tried to convince me otherwise.
