Such warm, lovely people, and the service was the best I've ever experienced. The food was good too, and the night shows were entertaining in a culturally pleasing way. You can tell this is the hotel's first season, with a few things still lacking, but the team is VERY dedicated to improving them. There's a lot of potential, and it's already a great place for a holiday with family or friends. Big thanks again to the service team. Recommended! ^^

We came as five families and kept changing rooms because every room had problems. They were extremely dirty, the beds were disgusting, and the cleaning wasn't done properly. Toilets were stained too. The cleaners even said they felt sorry for us having to sleep in our room. My mattress was horrifying, covered in what looked like blood, urine, vomit, and who knows what else. They replaced it, but I think they would've left me with it for the rest of the stay if I hadn't seen it with my OWN eyes. The photos don't even show how much worse it looked in person. A few staff members were very friendly and helpful, and I'm grateful to them for making things a bit better. There wasn't even ice for drinks when it was 40 degrees outside. The food was awful, with the same dishes every day, little variety, and watery pasta sauce they couldn't get right. The only time the hotel seemed decent was the day Mustafa Ceceli came. Suddenly the food looked fresh and the place felt alive, but by the next day it was back to being dirty, tasteless, and depressing. This was by far the dirtiest and worst hotel I've stayed in. For what I paid, the experience was heartbreaking. I would never recommend it. Save your money and avoid this place.

Our children especially loved the pool and fun water slides, and there are plenty of activities for little kids and older ones alike. You can tell the hotel puts a lot of effort into giving children a great holiday. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the food was delicious with lots of choice. Service is top-notch too. The staff are incredibly kind and work hard to make adults and children feel welcome and comfortable. We had a wonderful holiday at Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend for families with children!

The concerts were a highlight, especially Õyku Gurmans, and The land of legend is very close and really beautiful. There are nice people here, and staff in general are very helpful. Still, the service needs work in several areas. Complaints seem to be the only way to get taken seriously, and staff work long hours and look overworked and unhappy, which affected our holiday. It also feels unfair that people from outside Türkiye are charged significantly more. The food was inconsistent and mostly mediocre. Our room was disappointing too: it was cleaned only once, and neither the TV nor the room phone worked, so contacting reception was difficult. One night, the air conditioning wouldn't turn off. We went downstairs for help and waited two hours in a freezing room without assistance, then fixed it ourselves by swapping a battery from the TV remote. There are lots of mosquitoes, so bring repellent. The entertainment was below expectations. Most shows felt amateurish, and only the Turkish Nigth was enjoyable. The hotel is about average overall.
