We went from Izmir with our family yesterday, and they left us feeling cheated. The managers were rude, greedy, and showed no friendliness. Service was zero. The rooms were boiling hot, especially the bathroom, the furniture was very old, and the room was a complete dump. The bathroom was already dirty when we entered, and the cleanliness was zero. It felt like all they cared about was taking the money. Shame on them. I don't recommend going there at all. You will regret it. This wasn't our first time staying in a hostel, and people should show some respect. A family shouldn't be treated this way on holiday. Service and friendliness were both zero, just pay the money. I called ahead and asked for a room for two adults and a child. The person I spoke to said he was the hotel owner and quoted 1000 lira. We agreed, I paid half, and booked it. I told them we'd be arriving late in Antalya because we were travelling from Izmir, and they said that was fine. Our car broke down, so we only got there around 6 or 7 in the morning. At Ünal hostel, I asked the receptionist what time we had to leave. He said if we'd arrived at 4, we would've had to check out at 11, but since it was already that late, they told us we could stay until 11 the next day. We settled in, then after just five or six hours reception wanted us out of the room. My family and I were stunned and upset. Even after we explained what had happened, they were inconsiderate and demanded another 200 lira from us. It was a joke. I've never encountered such rudeness.
