Antalya Adonis Hotel

I have an apartment in Alanya and come to Antalya every two months, but I’ve never seen a hotel this bad for service. The staff weren’t helpful. I needed an iron and had to search around the room for an hour, with nobody saying anything. The room toilet was damaged and water was coming everywhere. The young guys were the only good part. Sorry to write this, but I’m shocked by the service. At breakfast, you need someone to help you, but no one is there. When I asked for orange juice, she said I had to pay extra, haha.

When I got sick, the staff brought me water and lots of tea and looked after me. They were kind and helpful from the moment we arrived, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The Turkish bath was relaxing and special, with professional, sweet women working there. I also enjoyed the hotel hair salon. The food was good, the bar drinks were great, and the view was beautiful. Staff paid attention to small details and made us feel welcome and cared for. I had a lovely stay at Adonis Hotel Antalya and would recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya.

We were only in Antalya, Turkey for a few days, but had a great experience at Adonis Otel. The views and service were lovely. Zlata at the front desk was kind and helpful throughout, answering lots of questions about local attractions and pointing us toward good spots. We’ll definitely come back.

The room was comfortable, and the bed was great. The doors and windows also do a good job keeping outside noise out. I could hear other guests at night when they were on my floor, though. I’m really glad I stayed at the Adonis Hotel, the staff were amazing.
