Afflon Sea Hill Concept Adult Only

I spent 8 days here and found the stay disappointing. The rooms were cramped and not clean, with barely any room to put clothes. I especially wouldn’t recommend the “dark room.” Breakfast was good, and the person serving it was very kind and polite. Staff were friendly in general, but to me this felt like a one-star hotel at most.

Alara at reception made a huge difference to our stay at the Afflon Sea Hill Concept Hotel in Antalya. She greeted us warmly when we arrived, made check-in easy, and checked in on us during our visit to see if everything was okay. She knew the hotel amenities and local attractions well, and her recommendations really added to our stay. She also handled our booking questions professionally and went out of her way to help with our requests. The hotel owner or manager should be proud to have someone like Alara on staff. We had a great experience, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Our one night in the “Fantastic” room at Afflon Sea Hill Hotel, Antalya was a letdown. I’d originally hoped to book two nights, but high demand meant we could only get one, which now feels fortunate. The room was advertised as a top-tier option, but its condition was unacceptable for a hotel of that supposed caliber. Several things were broken or unsafe. The shower barely worked, the jacuzzi buttons didn’t work, and the sauna had no operating instructions. The balcony’s outer glass was broken, the main door latch was loose, and parts of the mirrored ceiling above the bed were missing or hanging dangerously. The floor tiles were broken too. Maintenance was poor throughout: the table had chipped plywood and peeling paint, the electrical switches were shabby and loose with most of their paint worn off, and the disco lamp’s paint was faded and peeling. The hairdryer filter looked as if it had never been cleaned and was unhygienic. Consider these problems carefully before booking. The stay was disappointing and fell well short of the quality guests should expect.

The hotel is right in Kaleici Old Town, within walking distance of the Marina stretch and popular sights. There are plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants, and the area feels lively and safe to walk around at any hour. Our room was carefully designed, with a breathtaking ocean view. Watching the sunrise and the sky’s lovely colours over the clear blue sea from the balcony was a delight. The stay also had some serious problems. The bathtub leaked onto the floor, then a major storm hit on our second day. When we got back, rain and strong winds had left the room in a mess, the main door frame was broken, and the floor was covered in water. There was no cleaning staff available, so the receptionist came with a bucket and mop, cleaned up, and brought fresh towels. On our first day, the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready despite our request the night before, so we left for sightseeing without eating. It was ready on day two, and we were happy with the spread. The dim lobby and dark passage also made an unpleasant first impression.
