The bathrooms and toilets were dirty, and the room looked like something from a horror movie. We arrived late with our baby, hoping to sleep and leave early. They had put in a crib, but its sheets were badly wrinkled, as if pulled from between cupboards, with clear stains. There was women's hair on the pillow, and it smelled awful. We left the room right away and got our money back. This place is absolutely unsuitable for families. It feels like a dark world of secrets, God forbid. Decent people shouldn't go there, or perhaps the establishment needs a proper inspection.

For around two years, the craftsmen who visit my business, my guests, and friends coming for tournaments have all stayed here regularly. I recommend the hotel to others because they do their best to offer great service and are always helpful. I haven't heard any complaints. Thanks for all your hard work.

As a sports club president and coach, I brought a group of 25 people, from age 7 to 55, and we were all happy with the stay. The staff and management were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices and tasted great. Families were with us too, and it's a clean, reliable place for them to stay.

We were very happy with our two nights here. The location is right in the center, the service was friendly and excellent from booking through the stay, and breakfast was fantastic.

The bathroom is tiny, and breakfast isn't enough. The room had no toilet paper, the soap dispenser was empty, and the towels were filthy, with a huge stain right in the middle. Staff seemed unprofessional, and getting the bill sorted was a hassle. For all that, it still wasn't cheap.
