We had the whole house to ourselves, just the two adults and three children, and it felt like a private retreat. The spot in the mountains among tea plantations is stunning, with fresh air, peace, and beautiful views. Furkan, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The family-run feel made the place charming and authentic. The house is stylish and spotless, with care visible in the little details. Even the logo embroidered on the towels, bathrobes, and amenities speaks to the thought behind the place and a brand with a future. We’d highly recommend it to couples, families, or anyone after a unique, relaxing stay. Five stars without a doubt!

The warm family welcome is what made the stay feel like home. Furkan, the lovely Sevcan, and Hakkı, thank you so much! We chose Rino Hauss for our Eid al-Adha holiday on the Black Sea and were so glad we did ❤️. It’s spotless, everything is done with care, and there’s a huge garden. The breakfast speaks for itself in the reviews. If you’re planning a trip to this beautiful region, with its incredible natural scenery and every shade of green, you can come here without hesitation.

The children loved the park so much they didn’t want to leave, so we decided to have lunch there too. They first said they didn’t serve food outside of groups, but about 20 minutes later they invited us to their table. The meal felt like being with family, in such a warm atmosphere. The owners were very friendly, and Mr. Furkan and Ms. Sevcan took such good care of us, with smiles and attention. Mr. Furkan’s father even gave us eggs from their village chickens. We’d gone for breakfast, which I’d call the number one spot in the Rize and Artvin region. There was more than enough, and nothing was missing. The kids’ park had coloring books and a sandpit too. Everything was wonderful, and we had a fantastic day. We’ll be going regularly now.

It was our first Black Sea holiday, but it definitely won’t be the last. Mr. Furkan took us up to the highlands, and the views were dazzling. We tried the local dishes at dinner for the first time and loved them. Breakfast was amazing too, and Ms. Sevcan’s presentations were fantastic. We’d booked the full package for a short family trip. When we arrived, the garden hadn’t been landscaped yet, though the project showed it would be magnificent. I’ve never known a warmer, more welcoming place. Mr. Furkan’s humor and friendliness charmed us. My advice: don’t call it a holiday until you’ve stayed at Rino Hauss. Thanks for everything, you’re wonderful! See you in summer, goodbye.
