We have no idea how we’re meant to spend the night here. There’s no water or electricity, nobody from the staff on site, and no security at all. The place feels abandoned. I can’t understand how a hotel in these conditions is allowed to stay open. This is completely unacceptable, and I strongly advise people to avoid it. It’s the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The food was fresh and really delicious, and the spa facilities are great, with a hamam and sauna. The spring water is said to be very healthy, and there are lots of services and benefits here. I also recommend getting a massage. The team from Bali were great.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the young staff were helpful. I found plenty to choose from at the breakfast, tea time, and dinner buffets. It’s a relaxing place to spend time with friends or family, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that. To me, it’s the best thermal hotel in Turkey. Thanks for the experience!

My husband and I booked a private family Turkish Bath room so we could have the bath together, since the usual facilities are divided into men's and women's sides. The room has a lock and is private. It cost 85₺ for one hour or 125₺ for an hour and a half. I especially liked the salt room, and there’s also a mixed pool. Breakfast, tea time, and dinner are provided, and the food was delicious. The spa facilities were very nice. We’d definitely come again, highly recommend!

A nice getaway if you’re looking for peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. We asked to have some things changed in the room, and they were helpful, especially Umit bey. Thanks to him. I recommend it.
