Burgaz Park Otel

One word for it: disgraceful. The rooms all seem to be inside, and the cleaning was poor. The bathroom was filthy, it smelled bad, and there were flies. Customer satisfaction was zero. I felt like they might scold me if I asked for anything, so I didn't dare ask. I stayed one night, but morning couldn't come soon enough. I couldn't even get to bed, and there are plenty of other things I can't fit here. I would never recommend it.

The staff were very kind, and that's the only good thing I can say. Everywhere was really dirty, especially the bathroom. There was no sound control at all, so despite coming a long way, we left without resting. The price of the rooms was far too high for these conditions.

I spent 15 days here and had no bad experiences. Park Hotel is in central Burgas, with everything within walking distance. The prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Burgas. Thank you.

What kind of business treats guests like this? Truly shameful. People are being turned away because there's nowhere to stay, after travelling an hour and a half, and then they're met with this kind of rudeness. I called two hours earlier to book two rooms and spoke with a woman who quoted 1,500 TL per room. When my friends arrived to stay, they were told the daily price was 2,500 TL. The staff said the employee's shift had ended, and she denied ever giving us that quote. I've never seen anything so ridiculous.
