It’s a nice place to stay for the price. The hotel is new, with large, comfortable rooms, and the staff are very friendly. The location is lovely and quiet, with a beautiful view from the restaurant floor. Breakfast has a good selection. There’s also free parking.

The manager is especially kind, and the staff and service are great. It’s a new hotel in Maçka, in a great location. The amenities and luxury feel like at least a four-star place, though I guess it has three stars because it has fewer rooms. Highly recommend it.

Be careful if booking through Agoda. We had a confirmed, prepaid reservation, but when we arrived the reception refused to let us check in. They said we had to contact Agoda and cancel. Then they charged us more than the price listed on the website. Since it was such short notice, we couldn’t find another place and ended up paying what they asked. It seems they may use Agoda to attract customers, then pressure them to cancel so they can charge more.

The breakfast was so basic it felt like a joke. There wasn’t enough bread, and there was no butter, black olives, or much cheese. The food at this hotel was very basic and unacceptable. Don’t go near this place. The room had unfinished renovations left as they were. The management needs to do better. They can’t treat people like this, it’s a shame.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The manager was amazing. I recommend it if you’re visiting Trabzon or nearby areas.
