The sea and sand were great, and the hotel is near both ancient Side and the newer area. The spa staff were very friendly, and the massages were really good. Food was okay. Wi-Fi costs extra, which feels pretty bad these days.

First off, the Wi-Fi was really bad and wouldn't connect. The room was terrible too: when we arrived, the toilet was broken, and the service was just as bad. They call it all-inclusive, but you have to pay for a lot, including extra towels and internet. There's no room service, and the room wasn't cleaned until after four days. The food was awful. After all that, I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The rooms are very small, the toilets aren't good, and the pool is too small to use. The beach is dirty too. There are plenty of better hotels for the same price.

Choosing Altinkum hotel was one of my best decisions. In the 2020 covid 19 era, they took good care of customers and kept things clean. It's close to the beach, and we enjoyed delicious food with a sea view.

Really good food, helpful staff, and nice hamam and massages. The rooms are small, but the service is great, and the location is excellent with the beach very close.
