The Spa was the disappointing part. We booked a package with an Aloe Vera peeling in the hammam and an hour of hot stone massage, but the sauna wasn't working, so the first stage of the hammam ritual couldn't happen. During the hammam I realized I wasn't getting the peeling I'd paid for. When I mentioned it, they seemed very surprised and didn't know it was included. The massage was a simple one, without hot stones. The receptionist also seemed surprised when I said we hadn't received the hot stone massage. I understand they're busy and want as many customers as possible, but there seemed to be no communication between them. I think we were a bit cheated, and won't use the Spa next time. The rest of the holiday was very nice, and we'll definitely return. We booked mainly for the beach location, sandy shore, and gentle entry into the water, and had one of our best stays. There were more than enough sun loungers, and towels were changed daily. A big plus was having lunch at the beach restaurant. There was plenty of tasty, varied food. Thanks to the kitchen staff for preparing so many dishes each day, and to the waiters for clearing tables promptly. The rooms were fine. The furniture isn't especially new, but it was maintained, the mattresses were comfortable, and we slept very well. Air conditioning worked properly, there was a minibar for cold water or anything else, and we had a kettle for water, tea, and coffee. Rooms were cleaned every day. A few things could be improved: more comfortable balcony chairs, perhaps a small table, and sockets by the bed. It would also help to have a room guide with the beach location and directions, meal times, and bar hours. We had to guess the beach was across the road and go through the garden. We first ended up at the snack restaurant and bar of the Sural hotel, where people kindly gave us water and donuts and explained where the Sural Garden hotel restaurant was. The hotel is a quiet place to relax, and the quality for the price is very good.

The food was plentiful and the amenities were high standard. My friend and I stayed at Süral Garden Otel in the last week of September this year and had an incredible time with the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and fun, and Osman made our trip truly special. Sending warm greetings from Canada 🇨🇦, and thank you! I really recommend Süral Garden Otel to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Turkey.

Don't let the three stars put you off. This hotel is much better than many five-star places nearby, and I hope anyone who chooses it has a pleasant stay. It's in a quiet part of Side-Çolakli, about a five-minute walk from a lovely, wide, well-kept sandy beach. There's a main building with reception and rooms, plus several buildings with rooms only. The shared area has a pool, and next to the main pool there's a smaller one with slides for children. Rooms are cleaned daily, kept in good condition, and have what you need: air conditioning, TV, coffee and tea set, safe for a fee, and hairdryer. Breakfast and dinner are served in the main building restaurant. Lunch is at the beach restaurant, with a beautiful sea view. There's lots of good quality food, including Turkish and European dishes, so everyone should find something they like.

The rooms are old, as this is one of the oldest hotels in the region. Still, for a three-star hotel, the beach, food, and drinks are very good, and the price-to-value ratio is great.

We paid around 485 € per person for 7 nights, including all-inclusive and transfer, and the value was amazing. My parents and I were here for the last week of September 2024. We've travelled together for more than 30 years, and this was our best value-for-money holiday ever. The beach is nice and sandy, with free sunbeds. It's about a 10-minute walk through a nice park. We chose a family room for three, a duplex with a balcony and a view of the sea and city, and everything was nice. The pool area was clean and well maintained, though the water was cold. There was also a restaurant and beach bar, and it was lovely to have lunch with a sea or sunset view. The park between the bar and sea was green and clean. There were wellness facilities too, though we didn't try them. The all-inclusive food was like heaven. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner had a huge range of fresh, mostly local dishes, with something for everyone's taste. Almost everything was still being refilled even 10 minutes before closing, so there was no need to rush or miss a meal. Chefs prepared fresh eggs, fish, and meat right in front of you. Beyond the three main meals, there was late breakfast, afternoon gözleme snacks, and midnight soups. Local alcoholic drinks like beer, wine, and cocktails, along with water, juices, tea, coffee, and other non-alcoholic drinks, were included. You could get them at the hotel restaurant, hotel bar, pool bar, or beach bar. That's rare for a budget-friendly hotel in Side/Alanya. The drinks were fine quality, though the cocktails were cheaper versions rather than the originals. At this price, it was still perfect. There was a different evening show each night, with dancers and musicians, and most were entertaining. Cleanliness was perfect, and staff were helpful, kind, and polite. The one drawback was Wi-Fi, which was unstable in our room and sometimes slow elsewhere in the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for a long business stay, but it's perfect for a holiday. I'm convinced this is one of the best value-for-money hotels in Turkey, if not the world. In more than 30 years travelling from Portugal to Poland and Egypt, we haven't found a better one.
