Blue Side Family Club

The furniture was quite dated, and getting around is difficult since the hotel has five floors but no elevator. Cleanliness was very poor, and there is no parking, so even stopping to collect your things made finding a space a real challenge.

We’ve only just started our stay, so I hope the next five days go better. The hotel itself is nice and the food has been okay, but the service hasn’t felt very helpful. Staff are friendly and seem willing to help, yet the people we’ve spoken with haven’t really followed through, and there isn’t much communication. It’s been five hours since check-in and we still don’t have the playpen we requested. I mentioned it twice at reception and had also asked during booking. They said it would arrive, but it hasn’t. There’s no soap or toilet paper in the room either, and that was also supposed to be brought up. The shower enclosure is broken, and the bathroom door won’t shut or lock. We’re all-inclusive with unlimited drinks, but the Fanta we asked for was warm and flat. I’ll update this after a few days.

Good value for the price, a successful hotel in that regard.

In a central spot, this is a clean, pleasant hotel with helpful staff and good value for money.
