We left feeling stressed, frustrated, and full of regret. I’d never return or recommend this place to anyone hoping for a relaxing holiday. Problems and complaints seemed to be brushed aside instead of addressed, and management gave us the impression that guest satisfaction didn’t matter. It felt as though taking guests’ money was their only concern. The room cleanliness was unacceptable, there were serious hygiene issues around the hotel, and many areas looked neglected. Meals were poor in quality and variety, and seeing the same tasteless options day after day became unbearable. The hotel presents itself as luxurious and high quality, but our experience was chaotic and careless. Staff were cold and dismissive, with some acting as if guests were a burden. We felt unwanted rather than welcomed, and calling this a quality hotel feels misleading.

Some of the staff were kind and very helpful, and the hotel was good overall. Still, it seemed to have a particular audience in mind, mainly Russian guests, and I couldn’t tell whether I was in Russia or Turkey. The parties played only Russian music, and staff spoke Russian and Turkish during activities. It really lacked inclusivity.

mehmet sumu ve fethi bey. He was the most courteous and charming waiter, and the only one who came over to pour our drinks. He was pleasant to talk to, responsive, and always asked, “How are you?” The service was excellent. Thank you so much!
