Park Side Hotel

There was no evening entertainment, and the pool area felt unsafe because some of the flooring was broken. The hotel is also a long way from the sea. Food was the same every day, and the all-inclusive service was incomplete, with no beer or ice for days. The bathroom was in awful shape, cleaning only seemed superficial, and stray cats were everywhere. Worst holiday of my life. Don’t book this place, it was a huge disappointment.

The rooms look nice, but the elevator and the Wi-Fi weren’t working. Free Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby, and even there it didn’t work properly. Getting Wi-Fi in the room costs an extra 4 euros per night. Most of the food was served cold, and the staff didn’t seem willing to help. I’d never come back.

Our holiday was saved only because the travel agency moved us to another hotel at its own expense. We had booked and fully paid for Clover Magic Park Side in advance, but on arrival they said it was overbooked and sent us to Nova Hotel, which they described as a “better option.” It turned out to be bungalows in awful condition, not a hotel. There was dust everywhere, the room light didn’t work, the air conditioning was broken, and nearly everything was damaged or unusable. We’d asked for a double bed but were given bunk beds. We refused to stay even one night. They offered a free hammam as an apology, but that didn’t make up for the accommodation we’d booked or the conditions we were offered. The agency’s help saved our holiday. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel because of the unprofessional conduct, misleading claims and terrible alternative accommodation. Dear Clover Magic Hotels Team, holes under the door, a broken refrigerator, an air conditioner that doesn’t work, inadequate lighting and a damaged balcony cannot be made acceptable with one complimentary Turkish bath worth €50. These conditions are unacceptable for paying guests. If our travel agency hadn’t intervened and paid for a better hotel, we would have taken legal action. This experience has left a lasting bad impression. We won’t return to your hotels, and we’ll make sure other travelers know how poorly you treat your guests.

My daughter and I had a really enjoyable holiday here, and it was great value for money with plenty of food. We arrived on October 13th and left on October 18th. The hotel felt warm and welcoming, especially thanks to the restaurant staff, who were so friendly that it felt like home. Getting to the beach was convenient too. We’ll come again.
