Club Side Coast

The pool and beach were great, but pretty much everything else made our stay a nightmare. Meals tasted old, overly salty, and poorly cooked, and it felt like no care went into them. It was the worst food we've ever had. Rooms were in terrible shape, with furniture and fixtures falling apart and an old TV that barely worked. The air conditioning was only okay, and the bunk bed was nearly impossible to climb into, making it hard to rest. The hotel was packed with guests who pushed in lines and showed no respect, while most staff seemed miserable and unwilling to help, leaving the atmosphere uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel needs major repairs and improvement in staff attitude. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

In general, I was quite happy, and housekeeping cleaned our room every day. But the Wi-Fi situation was ridiculous: it only worked near reception. It's 2024, how can you not even get a connection to contact your family on WhatsApp? We hadn't realized when booking that the pools were open only from 10 till 12 am and 3 pm till 5 pm. You also have to pay 5 EUR if you need Edyta card to your room.

The pools were nice, the animations were good, bartenders were friendly, and the young staff were pleasant. Rooms were cleaned daily, and the beach transfer worked well. The weather and beaches were beautiful too. Still, the hotel should only be three stars, as it cuts corners on many things. Food was often cold, sometimes old, and not replenished often. The heaters were off, and queues for freshly cooked fried fish and kebab were long. Some dining rooms stayed closed even when there wasn't enough seating, leaving people wandering around with plates looking for a table. There weren't enough dining room staff, and clean cutlery was often missing. Lights were turned off at 8:55 p.m. while people were still eating, and the dining room and lobby air conditioning were off. Older reception staff had limited English. There were piles of dirty dishes in corridors, unfortunately because Russians regularly take food to their rooms. On the beach, the sunbeds were old and the changing cabins were falling apart.

There's a good range of food, and the pool and restaurant areas were clean. The animation team did a great job with both adults and children. The rooms could have been cleaner, which is what brought my rating down. Thank you to the older women at the snack bar, you do a fantastic job and the food is fantastic.
