A good place to stay.

None of the promises were kept. The people I dealt with were the greediest, most avaricious, arrogant, and ill-mannered I’ve ever met. Don’t get mixed up with them or put yourself through the trouble and needless upset.

For the price, the comfort is high, though there are more comfortable places if you’re ready to pay twice as much. We were satisfied, and I’d recommend it. Think of it as a furnished 1+1 apartment with a kitchen, run by a friendly, warm family. Some people have criticized the owners, but we didn’t experience any bad behavior. It seemed clean, and my wife is extremely meticulous and wouldn’t stay just anywhere. I’d rate it eight out of ten. The furniture is old but works, and five people can stay comfortably. More than that could be a problem. The pool was clean and cleaned daily. Its main drawback may be that it’s a bit far from the beach.

The apartment furnishings were in pretty bad condition. We knew it had air conditioning, but the unit was old and moldy inside. There were even chip crumbs left by previous tenants, so it seemed they were renting it out after a poor cleaning. There’s no washing machine, and we had to beg them to wash our clothes there once. I don’t recommend it.
