The resort was beautiful, with lovely pools and a gorgeous beach, and everything was clean and well kept. What made the trip even better was the staff, especially Dalila. We had a happy, relaxing holiday and would come back without hesitation. The kids loved the cats around the hotel, and the aquapark was a hit with both children and adults. Dinner at the fish restaurant at sunset felt magical, with the view and the breeze. The hotel was cozy, comfortable, clean, and well cared for. The food was delicious, and having cafés and bars all over the place was great. The 24/7 snack bar was a lifesaver. Staff were genuinely kind and ready to help, especially the wonderful Guest Relations team.

The evenings were the heart of our stay: beneath a quiet sky, with candlelight, a glass of wine, and the rhythm of your own breathing. It’s rare to feel welcomed as someone they truly wish well. The hotel sits among whispering trees and the hush of nature, and for a while it felt like stepping out of the world. Even the air seemed calmer and lighter. Kindness greeted us as soon as we arrived, in a way that felt genuine rather than rehearsed. The details seemed carefully considered, from the warm wood and still rooms to the faint smell of morning coffee in the halls. Our room felt like a safe cocoon, with soft light, quiet, and a view that helped us forget what was waiting at home. The food was comforting, full of flavor and care, with a simple quality that felt loving. Every meal seemed to have a story behind it, served slowly and without rush.

The location was great, close to what you need, but still peaceful enough to recharge. There’s a positive, friendly feeling throughout, and I’d recommend the hotel to friends. I can’t wait to come back, whether for a break, hanging out, or exploring the city. I felt welcome right when I arrived. The staff are very friendly, approachable, and ready to help, which matters when you’re young and want things sorted quickly without hassle.
