Our vacation started beautifully, and on the first day I was given a hotel wristband and told I could use all the facilities. The next day, a waiter called the manager over at the snack bar, and I was told that the snack bar wasn't included in the facilities I could use. We spent the third and fourth days by the sea. On the fifth day, just as things seemed to be going well, an employee told me I couldn't use the sun loungers or get drinks in the seaside area. He said it in an extremely rude way, just three meters from me, and I was furious. A security woman came over after that. I explained what had happened, and she said she'd speak with the room manager. Following the staff's rude behavior, I spoke with Ms. Yasemen. Two days before I was due to leave, they spoiled my vacation. Thanks for that spoiled holiday, especially Ms. Yasemen. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The internet is terrible, the air conditioning isn't sufficient, and the pool is only 1.38 m deep.
