A great place to relax.

We stayed for a week in October 2025 as a family. We’d booked the four-bed large family room through HolidayCheck, but got a three-bed family room with a sofa bed instead. The rooms were clean, though short on storage and closets. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were consistently friendly, and there was always something to eat at the restaurant, as long as you weren’t expecting five-star food. The water slide was broken and still hadn’t been repaired at the end of the season. The setting suited us: quiet, close to the beach, and with shops an easy walk away. For our family, it was an ideal, simple, family-run hotel without costly extras. Just keep in mind, as the guidebook says, you’re in Asia, not Europe. If that doesn’t bother you, we highly recommend it.

I stayed September 13-16. The Side/Kumköy location in Antalya is convenient, right by the market and around a 10-minute walk from the sea. Staff were helpful and polite, and our room was clean, but I found the hygiene elsewhere to be unacceptable. The garden and poolside dining area is a nice setting, yet the tables weren’t properly cleaned. I wasn’t confident that the plates and glasses were clean either, and had to check carefully when choosing a plate. When I asked a staff member for a tray for my drink, they pointed me to dusty, dirty ones and said they use them that way. I also didn’t find the staff themselves very clean. The pool was clean, though small. The sea, on the other hand, was dirty and polluted. Meals were mostly home-style dishes like rice and chickpeas, with extra options such as fish in the evening. There was no entertainment or animation. The hotel and much of the area seemed mainly occupied by retired, elderly Germans. I didn’t like feeling that I had to eat alongside elderly people all the time, and the sea was dirty. In general, the staff were helpful, but hygiene was zero.
