The poolside floors were downright dirty, so hygiene needs attention in some places. Tourists are partly to blame too, but there are machines for cleaning the snack bars, so why not use them on the pool floors? The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms are a little dated, though otherwise fine. It also seemed to us that Fulya, Selin and Aishen were treated differently. We'll definitely come back!

We spent hours trying to get help from the managers, but nobody made an effort. The whole experience left us feeling they simply didn't care about guests. Our vacation was ruined, and I won't return or recommend this hotel. This was my third stay, and I booked Superior and Deluxe rooms again because they're more comfortable and closer to the sea. We were traveling as a family with a child. Instead, we were given a Standard room, and the manager refused to move us even after I showed the reservation. The room was tiny, with worn old furniture, a leaking shower, a cabin falling apart, and a bathroom in terrible shape. Opening a suitcase left no floor space. Buses came and went all night outside the reception-facing windows, so we couldn't sleep with them open. It didn't feel like a vacation, just a struggle. Choose somewhere else if you value your money and peace of mind.

The beach was the best part: it was beautiful, and the concerts nearby were fun. Food choices were limited unless you went to the beach area, where there were kebabs, what I think was Mexican food, and a crepe station open around 12:00-16:00. Dinner in the main area had more options, but still wasn't to everyone's taste. I wasn't very satisfied with the all-inclusive setup. At the beach, only beer, cola, Sprite, and water were free; other drinks cost extra. Even drinks at the main bars weren't all included. The choices were limited, though there was a mojito stand and some alcohol-free slushies. A cafe had free drinks and cakes, while the nearby Starbucks and waffle and ice cream stand charged. The Starbucks drinks didn't seem any more special than the bar drinks. The grounds were spacious, and the location was average. Rooms were roomy and not bad, but dated and due for renovation. Staff varied, with some friendly and some less welcoming. A barista asked for my full name to add me on social media, and lifeguards winked and asked my name and age. Those encounters made me uncomfortable.

The hotel itself is fine, but the rooms are in really poor shape, with broken showers. Staff help when they can, though sometimes there's simply nobody around. I come here often and something always seems to go wrong, like someone vomiting in the pool. The green slide also doesn't seem safe or in good condition.
