Dream World Resort Hotel

The beach and pool were just what we wanted for a relaxing break, and the room was spotless. Staff were always smiling, kind, and ready to help. We had a wonderful stay, with excellent food too. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back.

We traveled from Germany, where we live. This was a risky place to leave belongings in your room if you haven't paid for the safe. My laptop was stolen from its bag. During our week, the room was cleaned only twice. When we complained, hotel staff wanted to check whether we had actually owned a laptop. The manager trusted the housekeeping staff so much that he didn't even ask them about it. I don't think the hotel has proper security procedures. I asked about making a police report, and they told me I could go to another city, knowing we didn't have time, since there was no police nearby. We've now managed to file a report online. In all my previous stays, I've never been told to take photos of all my belongings with the hotel manager upon arrival. It shouldn't be necessary, but take care with your things, especially on the last day when there's little time to deal with a problem. I don't recommend staying here. It's a very high-risk place for a carefree holiday.

The location suited us, between the larger cities of Alanya and Antalya, close to Side old city, and right on the strip. There was lots of food, with options for both picky and adventurous eaters. There's a beach shuttle we didn't try, but the bus stop just outside was easy to use. Hospitality was wonderful from the moment we arrived, with Ayberk standing out in particular. He was kind and attentive, and we looked forward to going down for one last drink so we could chat with him.

The staff were excellent, and the hotel was excellent too. I'd book it again without hesitation and highly recommend it to couples and families.
