The service was 10/10, and the food was delicious. Finding a room without a bad smell took several tries, though. The first floor was awful, and there were sometimes small lizards. Today, they found two snakes in the backyard near the pool. They said they were harmless, but who knows?

The hotel was spotless every day, with roomy, comfortable rooms and housekeeping keeping up with them. Meals had loads of fresh, tasty choices for different tastes, and the themed dinners and desserts were a real highlight. The pool and beach were great too, with clean water, plenty of loungers, and good bar service. The entertainment team kept children and adults busy during the day, then put on lovely evening shows. Kaya Side Hotel is beautifully cared for, modern, and surrounded by greenery. From the minute we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. That warm, genuine hospitality is what really made the stay special, and they went out of their way to make our holiday feel memorable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. I’d recommend Kaya Side Hotel for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday with a high standard of service. A special mention for animator Rosa, who is really open, chatty, and crazy in a positive way 😉

I loved the feel and look of this hotel, and the night shows were spectacular. There’s plenty on offer, whether you’re here as a couple or with kids. The staff were so warm and welcoming, they treated me like a princess. The bartenders work really hard and mix great cocktails. I was always full from the tasty meals and treats, especially the baklava. I loved my stay. See you next time! - Kamile

The animation team kept things lively and fun for the kids, parents, and everyone else. Big shoutout to Oğuz, Valeska and Ğul, they’re amazing, friendly, and always up for a chat or some fun. The staff were so kind, and the food was great. Everything was great, and I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.

There’s something new to do every day, with animations, live music, and shows that are out of this world. The food selection is outstanding, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are kind and helpful. Jusuf was especially helpful to me and my family. This hotel deserves five stars for sure. My kids, my hubby, and I will definitely come back.
