The little things the staff did made a big difference. Even though meals were self-service, they checked whether I wanted another drink, cleared glasses without being asked and kept everything spotless. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, attentive and seemed to care, always smiling and welcoming. That consistent service gave the hotel a relaxed, positive atmosphere that was easy to enjoy. The place was clean and well maintained, and the food was fresh, tasty and varied. I used to work as a cook and can be picky, but I honestly couldn’t fault it. I booked this as a cheap deal without much idea what to expect, and it went well beyond that. I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay deserves one. It was incredible value and a genuinely great experience. The team should be proud of their work. I’d definitely come back.

We stayed in a two-story house beside the pools rather than the main building. It was quiet but close to everything, and our stay started well with quick check-in and lovely, clean rooms. We visited at the beginning of September, and the hotel was great for families, with lots of activities and ways to spend the day. There were so many slides that our 2-year-old son stayed entertained throughout our visit and could use all of them except the biggest water slides. The beach had bigger waves and a mixed surface, but we still really enjoyed being by the sea. The staff also made the stay memorable. We always sat at the same table for lunch and dinner, and the waiter would see us coming, set up a high chair and bring drinks. Murat from the sky bar, the outdoor bar next to the lobby bar, especially stood out. He looked after us every evening and made the experience even better. I haven’t seen that kind of care in a long time. The hotel is lucky to have people like him. I highly recommend this hotel.

Every day of our holiday was great. The rooms were cozy and clean, the food was premium quality, and the service was friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities for children and families. Special thanks to Zehra at the pool bar and Hatice in the main restaurant. They were always smiling, kind and helpful, and went beyond what we expected.

Travelling with a toddler and a 5-month-old baby can be hard, but Club Calimera Serra made it feel easy. The facilities were spotless, there was plenty of choice at meals, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The staff were patient and caring with our children and went out of their way to help us. We felt supported and comfortable the whole time, and our toddler had the time of their life. It’s rare to find somewhere that works so well for families with small children. This was the best family holiday we’ve ever had, and I honestly can’t understand why anyone would give it less than 5 stars. We’ll absolutely come back. Thank you for such a perfect family holiday!
