Sidekum Hotel - All Inclusive

The food selection was good, changed regularly, and showed a lot of care in the details. There was plenty of space and lots to do, and staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. Things started a bit rough, but then Conti be really good. Big thanks to Zeynel and Ahsen from Customer Relations, and to the chef who made separate meals for my wife because of her celiac allergy. Ahmet was friendly and helpful in the Bar area. There was also a funny story with the guy in the Hamam and massage area whose name I never got. And the mum cat and her kittens near our rooms were adorable. Staff look after them well, and it was always lovely to see them. I highly recommend this place for a fun, memorable stay.

The guest relations officer zeynel was incredibly kind and supportive when we were arranging excursions, and made sure we had a great time. I was thoroughly impressed with his help and the service overall. The location is a bit out of the way, but you take what you can get. The rooms are very spacious, and I highly recommend the hotel.

The bar was quite basic, with a few spirits, house wines, and beer. It felt more like a three-star bar than what you might expect from a five-star hotel. Still, the rest of the stay was amazing, and I couldn't fault the hotel's friendly staff. I came in late April with my brother and mum to celebrate her 60th birthday, and she loved it. The hotel was very clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, with bedding changed and fresh towels, and the cleaners even sorted out our clutter, two lads sharing a room. They worked around the hotel day and night. The food was amazing, always different, and the chefs did a great job. The waiting and bar staff couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. They cleared plates and glasses and brought fresh drinks before we'd hardly finished. Most staff spoke some basic English, although the hotel was full of German guests, as was all of Side, Kumkoy, and Malygat.

The food and team here are outstanding, better than at many pricier competitors. It's a great hotel and deserves its five stars. Sure, it's not new and it's not right on the beach, but you'll have a good time here. Definitely recommend it.
