The hotel is peaceful and quiet, and we rested and slept really well. The pool isn't large, but it's perfectly fine and clean. There's a bus to the beach every half hour, though it's also about a 10-minute walk. There aren't any attractions right around the hotel, just a small bazaar and a cafe. Across from the hotel is a bus stop going to Side center and the surrounding attractions, which are well worth visiting. We're already thinking about coming back next year. We stayed five nights and had no high expectations, but everything pleasantly surprised us. The staff are kind and helpful, the place is very clean, and rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets. The minibar is refilled each day for free. Food is excellent, freshly prepared with something for everyone, and even the beach snacks are excellent and different each day.

The food was delicious, from the main dishes to the desserts, and they organized different festivals and evening events. The pool and beaches were clean. Everyone on the staff was friendly and ready to help or give advice. I wasn't happy with the room cleaning: our minibar went a long time without being refilled, and the floor was dirty. Still, we'll definitely come back. Thank you!

The meals were fresh, flavorful, and filling, with a good range at breakfast. It wasn't fancy dining, but we enjoyed eating there. The hotel itself has a modern yet cozy look, and everything seemed clean and well cared for. From arrival, the manager was warm, professional, and happy to help, and the staff were polite and easy to approach, whether we needed towels, directions, or a chat. It made the stay feel personal. Great people, tasty food, and a lovely place. I'd happily return.

We spent a week at the Quella Beach Hotel and had a memorable holiday thanks to the staff. Eray, emre, cihan ,esma,oza and was very pleasant too... Everyone was kind and professional, and they really went out of their way for us. The cleaners were helpful and kept our rooms exceptionally clean throughout. Thank you all for such a lovely stay.

There was plenty of good food to choose from, and the hotel has lots of attractions. The view from every balcony was great. It's close to the beach, too, and the staff were helpful and nice.
