Sazak Otel

It's easy to get to places like Side Ancient City, Manavgat Waterfall, and the Temple of Apollo from this well-located hotel. Breakfast was simple but adequate, and my room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. During my few days at Sazak Hotel, I especially noticed how clean and quiet it was. Even in the city center, the rooms were peaceful and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made me feel at home. I found it a great choice for a business trip or a short holiday, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The toilet seat was broken and dirty, and the curtain rod fell on me while I was asleep. There was no hot water or light bulb in the room. The pillowcase was stained, and the air conditioner remote didn't work.

The beds were filthy and the whole place was incredibly dirty. The windows wouldn't open, there were no towels or shampoo, and the TV didn't work. It was so bad that staying outside would make more sense.

I'm warning anyone who cares about their health to stay away. In my opinion and from my experience, you might sleep in the sun at 40 degrees, but you won't sleep in this hotel. There was zero friendliness. The room was falling apart, though the sheets and everything else were impeccably clean. Because of the heat, I turned on the air conditioner and nearly got poisoned by its smell and filth. The air coming out was so foul I couldn't breathe. I explained it to reception, but we nearly got beaten up. They stubbornly said there was no smell, though they couldn't stand in front of the unit for five seconds :) Then they tried changing the subject, complaining that people had taken the remote. We moved rooms. I said we should test the air conditioner first, and when we turned it on, it was just as neglected and spewing out poison. I said I was leaving and asked for a refund. It took about 15 minutes, and they refused to refund me for those 15 minutes. I have records and evidence. I have asthma and haven't been able to breathe for two days. I plan to sue the establishment and pursue my rights through every legal and financial means. I can prove my claim. For the establishment's information, I am warning you.
