Seaden Valentine Resort & Spa

It’s July, and the pool entertainment is extremely loud. The staff run booming music as if they’re catering to a Gen Z crowd in Ibiza. One afternoon, people were dozing after lunch when the staff put up massive speakers and tested them at full volume for 45 minutes. Then at 3pm they filled the pool with foam and held a pool party for an hour with the volume turned all the way up. This is marketed as an ultra all inclusive hotel for adults over 16, and I’ve seen reviews calling it quiet. Maybe those guests came in winter. The clientele here is mostly couples, about 75% over 50 and 25% under 30, from Germany, the Netherlands and Russia. German is the staff’s most commonly spoken language after Turkish.

The beach is close, the food is good, and the service is professional, so we had a really positive impression of our July 2025 stay. The staff were proactive and we felt comfortable all week. There was nothing to complain about. Side old town is around 4km away.

The food selection isn’t huge, but there were always delicious dishes to choose from. Our room was clean and well looked after, and we had no trouble with outside noise. The staff and guests were friendly and smiling, always ready to help. Some staff speak German, while English is a problem for them, and most guests seemed to be German. There are lots of shops nearby, and the location makes for lovely walks along the coast promenade. My girlfriend and I once walked from Side port all the way to the hotel. The plants are lovely too, and cat lovers will be delighted, there are friendly, clean-looking cats everywhere. The only downside was a smell along the little path to the beach, probably from nearby buildings, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

We’ve come back for a second time because my fiancé and I really enjoy it here. The pools, gym, activities, food and drinks are all great, and there are pool parties too. Every day there are snacks and refreshments by the pool. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak quite a few languages. Best all inclusive hotel in Side!
