The breakfast was awful, the room was in terrible shape, and reception service was zero. Staff spoke to customers without any discipline and behaved very badly. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but never seen one as bad as favorite hotel. I’d tell people to avoid it if they want to keep their self-respect.

The hotel is 10-15 km from downtown, and the welcome from staff was poor. Rooms weren’t good or properly clean, breakfast was very bad, and dinner was bad too. The level here is below one star.

Really nice hotel, and the people were great.

Doors slamming could be heard all night. I didn’t like the place much, and it was an experience I’d never want to repeat.

The staff are friendly and ready to help. Just ask for whatever you need, and they’ll do their best to sort it out.
