The staff were respectful and the stay was excellent. Breakfast was for the guests in the room, while the rest was full board.

One of Trabzon's best dorms.

The laundry was the worst I've come across. White clothes came back discolored, only half the items were returned, and the rest went missing. They also don't use the same system as other laundromats. There's no washing machine in the rooms, either. They'd tell you one thing, then change their story and deny having said it. Service was terrible, and being just an hour late for checkout meant being charged for a full extra day. It was an awful experience and a complete waste of money. I'll never stay there again. They don't even deserve half a star, and one star is already too much.

The halls smelled awful, the room had insects, and the cleanliness was terrible. The staff were unbearably rude and the service was awful. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't waste your money here. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.
