Kamelya Selin Hotel

We have nine more days, so we'll see how things go, but so far it doesn't feel worth what we paid. The pools and beach are nice, and the staff are friendly. After speaking with guest relations, we were compensated. The start was rough. We'd booked Fulya, but reception said it was closed and moved us to Selin, with no other option. They said it was more expensive, but we'd chosen Fulya for its central location because one of our children has trouble walking longer distances. We're a family of six, but the room had only four beds. The guide says rooms with more than four beds don't exist. It took an hour, until midnight, to get two extra folding beds. They were poor quality: one collapsed, and the other left you lying like a banana. We kept them for the night because we just wanted to sleep, then asked for better ones the next day. The air conditioning barely works. It's central heating and cooling, and the standard temperature at the moment isn't very cool. Some lights didn't work or had flickering LEDs. The shower, at least, is nice and big.

We have returned to the Kamelya Collection for five years and have been very happy with the service each time. This year, Ahmet Gunay at the Selin Kamelya Hotel made our week extra special. He was attentive, friendly, and professional, always making sure we were looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks, Ahmet, for helping make the stay so good. You're a credit to the hotel, and we look forward to coming back.

The hotel has plenty to keep each day interesting, and the overall atmosphere and location are lovely. Everything is well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with regular cleaning. The staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. Mustafa D., the bartender, deserves a special mention. He was always smiling, warm, and helpful, and served guests with real care and class. People like him make the place special.

Memmet and Abdullah from the entertainment team made this holiday unforgettable for our family. They welcomed us with genuine warmth from day one, always greeting us with big smiles and making time for fun, meaningful chats. Whether we were joining an activity, passing by, or just talking, they brought such a positive feel to the day. I, Aeisha, my mom Angella, my sister Shannakay, and my nephew Logan felt like part of their extended family. Logan especially adored them and looked forward to seeing what activities they'd come up with each day. Their energy, kindness, and professionalism really stood out. Thanks to Memmet and Abdullah, this has become one of our family's favourite trips, and we're already looking forward to coming back. They're a real credit to the hotel.
