Ali Bey Park Hotel

The organization was excellent, and everything was in good order. We found this a perfect place for a holiday, with a wide choice of delicious food and a warm, friendly team. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best resorts in Antalya, and I’d highly recommend it.

The service difference between Ali Bey Club and Ali Bey Park was striking. At Ali Bey Club, restaurant and bar staff were attentive, professional, friendly, and quick to handle requests. I felt they cared about guest satisfaction, and I’d give that section five stars. At Ali Bey Park, staff often seemed uninterested; even ordering a simple drink could be difficult, and I was sent elsewhere instead of being helped. The facilities there are beautiful, but service matters, and guests shouldn’t feel ignored. On service alone, I’d rate Ali Bey Park one out of five. The property itself is impressive, and the atmosphere is peaceful, with lovely gardens, mature trees, traditional architecture, and a vintage feel that’s hard to find in modern resorts. For families wanting time together and a calmer stay, the resort is worth considering. My experience was positive because of Ali Bey Club, but the two sections should offer the same service standard. If management raised service at Ali Bey Park to match Ali Bey Club, this could be one of the region’s best family resorts. Families seeking nature and relaxation may enjoy it, but management should address the gap.

The resort itself is beautiful, with great pools, a water park, and good entertainment. But I got food poisoning, dealt with rude staff who lied, and had awful rooms and beds, a cold shower, and rubbish air conditioning. It cost £3,000 and felt like a waste. I won’t be back. I was taking part in the FIP Antalya padel tournament, held at the hotel, just 100m from its entrance. The experience was horrendous. We were told we couldn’t enter without signing a declaration that we wouldn’t use the hotel amenities, and that we could only arrive one hour before a match and leave one hour after. There was no way to train without paying 60 euros to enter the hotel courtyard, even though the FIP bylaws and regulations say the courts should be shared equally and used free by tournament players. Management and Mr. Onur Can, the tournament director, treated players who weren’t staying at Ali Bey differently from hotel guests. Many outside athletes faced disrespect and discrimination, while hotel guests and some Turkish players apparently didn’t pay. Nobody told us about this until two days before the tournament, and there was no official notice on the FIP website. It seemed like an attempt to collect extra money without the padel federation knowing. People were rude and treated us like thieves, as if anyone would want to use this poor hotel’s facilities. The food was very average for a 120 euros per person fee, and there are plenty of better looking hotels nearby. Avoid this hotel, especially during official FIP padel tournaments, and avoid anything related to Ali Bey Hotels.
