Side Aquamare Residence

We’re here for a second time as a family, and there have been a lot of improvements since last year. Reception staff are efficient and speak good English, the hotel restaurant and beach service have improved, many rooms have been renovated, and the poolside snack bar has been remodeled. There are plenty of sunbeds around both the pool and the large hotel beach, so you don’t need to reserve one from 6 a.m. The food is plentiful and mostly delicious, more than adequate for me, and there’s no way to try everything in one stay. The location is useful for sightseeing. Markets across the street let you bargain, and the beach is close enough to walk to or reach by bus. You can get to Side and Manavgat straight from the hotel, making it a good base for exploring or going to the markets. The beach needs to be kept cleaner. German tourists leave tons of cigarette butts behind, and nobody cleans them up. The hotel spa is also very reluctant to provide the treatments included in the price.
