Side Ozgurhan Hotel

We booked for 21 days through hotels com and were told just two days before check-in by email that the listed price wasn't the real price and we'd have to pay extra. They could have cancelled, but didn't. The agency said the hotel couldn't ask for more money. At the hotel they acted as if we had no reservation and said they didn't work with hotels com. I said I'd contact the agency, then the owner came over, shouted and said all sorts of rude things, including that we couldn't get food at that price. He told the receptionist to give us the room someone else had stayed in and told us to take it as a lesson. They wouldn't cancel, and with two days left in the 21-day booking they demanded extra money, leaving us feeling forced to pay. In the end we got a three-bed room instead of what we booked. It was filthy and dusty, with constant motor noise from upstairs, and the looks we got whenever we entered or left felt like harassment. They are cheaters, so pay attention. We have the email as proof.

The people were kind and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good too. Thanks to Ozgurhan Abi, we had a very good stay and would come back.

Thanks for the good service and a nice hotel. Ms Janan was especially helpful.

Tasty food, a nice swimming pool, and delicious drinks.
