Syreni Apart Otel

The rooms are in terrible shape, just as the photos suggest. The air conditioners are neglected, don't cool properly, and don't even have covers. There is a TV, but it looks like it's from the 1990s and is practically covered in ants. They say the hotel has recently changed hands, but it clearly wasn't ready for the season. You can't pay by card because they don't even have a POS machine, cash only. The pool gets sprayed at 7:00 PM and can't be used again until morning. Cleanliness and hygiene are spotless. A lot needs to change here. 😀

We stayed as a family and had no problems at all. The staff were attentive, friendly, and respectful, so we’d happily choose this excellent apartment again next year. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the sea, closer than other apartments I’ve stayed in. I’d definitely recommend it if you want a worry-free holiday. Thanks to Syreni Apart Hotel and its staff.

I booked four nights but could only manage one. The place was filthy, unbelievably dirty, and there was no air conditioning. When I asked for a pillow, the owner said they didn't have one. They took my 1500 TL. The people calling it “great” and “super” were employees there. Look at the photos to see the state of the hotel. Please take this into consideration, don't go there or you'll regret it!!!

The owner and staff treat you with respect and pay close attention, helping with whatever you need. It’s a real family hotel, and you feel at home here. It’s beautiful in the morning and in the evening. I recommend it to everyone.
